Machina 731 ‘Maximus’ Wins at 2023 Hutchwilco NZ Boat Show Awards
Machina’s three awards in three years from Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat of the Show awards feature in the local news.
After a win at the 2021 and 2022 Hutchwilco Boat Show awards, we were quietly confident in another award at this year’s show. The calibre of builds we had completed for our clients was outstanding, and both builds taken deserved recognition of this.
Machina 731 ‘Maximus’ won its category for All Purpose Family Boat up to 8m.

Libero’s First Marlin
The Libero Crew in search of Marlin
Back in 2021, the Libero crew headed to Kawhia in pursuit of landing their first Marlin on the boat - and Kawhia provided the goods.
The crew provided us with some good laughs on watching the short video they put together.

The Award-Winning 551 ‘Black Foot’
Machina’s first award leads to our first feature in the news.
With our first attendance at the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show in 2020, and not knowing what to expect when taking along our 551 ‘Black Foot’ and 701 ‘Carpe Diem’, it was truly a surprise for us to come away with an award for Boat of the Show - All Purpose Family Boat up to 6m.
